In May 2019, Secretary General Yangjin Zhuoma led a CCTV filming team to cross 3,500 kilometers of uninhabited areas in Mongolia to produce a documentary on a public welfare activity to protect the national treasure of Mongolia, the Gobi bear. As the first Chinese person to visually record and reflect on the survival status of Gobi bears and the ecological changes of the Mongolian grasslands and Gobi from all angles, she had in-depth exchanges with the director of the Gobi Animal Reserve in Mongolia.
After returning to Ulanbaatar, Secretary General reported on the filming situation to the President and Prime Minister of Mongolia, and signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Environment and Tourism of Mongolia to donate free tower monitoring equipment to the GREATGOBI Nature Reserve in Mongolia, which is the same as the China Huang Nature Reserve, in order to upgrade and observe the living conditions of wild animals in the reserve. Meanwhile, she donated a museum to Mongolia free of charge, reminding people to protect the environment and endangered animals, working together to cherish our planet.
