Hanging basket
Hanging basket is the main equipment in the cantilever construction. According to the structural form, it can be divided into truss type (including flat string unbalanced weight type, diamond, triangle, bow string type, etc.), cable-stayed type (including triangular cable-stayed type and prestressed cable-stayed type), steel type and mixed type.
Design principle of hanging basket: light weight, simple structure, solidity and stablity, forward and convenient installation and disassembly, strong reusable, small deformation after force and other characteristics. And the hanging basket space is sufficient, can provide a large construction surface, conducive to the construction operation of steel formwork.
Pier formwork
Pier formwork is mainly used in steel formwork formed by concrete pouring pier, widely used in railway, highway, water conservancy projects, etc. The cross section of pier steel formwork is round, round end, round platform, hyperbola, etc. The mold separation is generally divided into 1/2 circle or 1/4 circle angle according to the simplicity of mold release, and the height is determined according to the construction drawing and schedule requirements. The pier formwork produced by our company has the characteristics of light weight, less steel quantity, good stiffness, good use effect, long service life, high efficiency, strong adaptability, easy operation and so on.
Segmental assembling formwork
Segmental assembling box girder formwork is used for prefabrication of segmental assembling box girder. The formwork adopts full hydraulic balance, which greatly reduces the workload of segment prefabrication construction and improves the efficiency of segment beam making.
Segmental assembling formwork has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient installation and high utilization rate of formwork.
The full hydraulic segmental assembling formwork balance mold movement is all driven by the hydraulic cylinder. After the formwork is in place, the screw is adopted to support and the hydraulic system in the construction state does not participate in the force. This structure not only ensures the overall strength and stability of the formwork, but also makes the formwork disassembly more convenient. The bottom of the formwork is equipped with a walking wheel, which is convenient for the formwork to move, which increases the flexibility of the template and also improves the turnover efficiency of the formwork.
Beam formwork
Common prefabricated beam formwork has double line (single line) railway whole hole precast box girder formwork, precast T beam formwork, highway precast box girder formwork. The double line (single line) railway whole hole box girder formwork is mostly driven by the whole large steel formwork, and the balance mold of the internal mold is all driven by hydraulic, which greatly reduces the workload and working intensity of the formwork, and also improves the efficiency of beam making. T girder formwork and highway box girder formwork are finalized steel formwork, which are assembled into a whole in the beam field. The overall strength of the formwork is large, the structure size is accurate, and the slab surface flatness is high.
Lining machine
Full hydraulic automatic walking lining machine, mainly used in the construction of medium and long tunnel, can ensure the construction progress and ensure the quality of concrete surface. This kind of lining machine is designed for the overall steel formwork, hydraulic cylinder release, construction by the wire pole support, electric reducer automatic walking or cylinder stepping automatic walking, all using concrete conveying pump perfusion.
Select hydraulic transmission scheme, adopt hydraulic lock and balance valve to lock the hydraulic cylinder, support the mechanical locking by screw mechanism, and strengthen the support of the formwork to ensure that the formwork does not shrink and deform during lining.
