The inner and outer mold of U-shaped beam adopts integral steel mold, and the inner and outer mold and beam bench are 1:2 configuration. The internal mold adopts hydraulic form, and the wire rod adjustment support to ensure the reliability of construction. The outer mold is supported by the jack and the wire rod to facilitate the mold release. The formwork hanger and support are made of section steel. After the inner film is removed, the whole beam is moved through the hanger. After the prefabricated beam is lifted away, the inner mold is moved again in place and the next beam is poured.
