The Weinan Museum Construction Project

Weinan Museum is a major livelihood project approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and it is also a key project determined by the Weinan Municipal Party Committee and municipal Government, which has received high attention and support from all walks of life. The preparation of the project began in early 2009. After more than 7 years of intensive construction and active preparation, the project was officially opened in February 2016 and opened to the public for free of charge. The museum covers an area of 90 mu, with a total construction area of 35,940 square meters. The main building is divided into four floors, including three floors above the ground and one floor underground. Weinan Museum is adjacent to Sanxian Road in the east, Liuquan Road in the west and Lotte Street in the north. It is located on the same axis with Weinan Culture Square and Weinan Administrative Center.
