Dabancheng Integrated Wind Farm is located at the foot of Bogeda Peak, the highest peak in the eastern Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang. The annual average wind speed is 10.74m/s. It is one of the nine gale areas in Xinjiang. On the open and flat Gobi Desert, 67 3.0MW direct drive permanent magnet wind turbines are running against the wind. Dabancheng Integrated Wind Farm is the first 3MW direct drive permanent magnet large wind turbine demonstration wind farm in China, and is the demonstration base of direct drive permanent magnet large wind turbine with low temperature and super class I wind area adaptability. At the same time, this project provides a practical basis for the reliability research of wind turbine based on big data and the fault warning system of large components based on big data. In recent years, Dabancheng Wind Farm has continued to explore innovative management methods, implemented on-site management improvement activities, through systematic management and whole life cycle maintenance, the fan failure rate has been reduced by more than 40%, and the comprehensive field power consumption rate has reached 1.73%, maintaining the leading industry.
