Chinese|EnglishThe Wuhan-Yichang Railway, namely the Wuhan-Yichang Section of the Nanjing-Chengdu Railway, is a National Railway Class I double-track electrified high-speed railway in Hubei Province, China, connecting Wuhan City and Yichang City. It is an important part of the "Yangtze River Economic Belt Channel," one of the "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" High-speed Railway Main Channels in the Mid- and Long-Term Railway Network Plan. It is the busiest railway line with the most sufficient transportation capacity in Hubei Province.
